Face Coverings: Government Guidance Update

Dear parents/guardians,

Following recent Government Guidance, from Thursday 27th January, students and staff will not be required to wear a face covering, including in communal areas of schools, but the Government suggests you continue to wear one in crowded and indoor spaces where you may come into contact with people you do not normally meet.

Students and staff may still keep wearing face coverings when in lessons if they feel more comfortable doing so.

Up to Thursday 27th January students and staff are still required to wear a face covering in all indoor communal school areas, unless they are exempt. These areas include corridors, dining halls and the Main Hall.

Further details of the Government guidance can be found HERE.

Thank you,
