Redhill Legend Zach Haynes is the Cadets Male Advanced British Taekwondo National Champion!
He took home the Gold medal for his category at the British Taekwondo National Championship 2023. Well done Zach!
Zach is currently ranked UK number one in his weight category and is a member of the National Taekwondo Club. Zach started Taekwondo at 6 years old and his dedication to this craft means he currently commits to a three-hour training session three nights a week after school alongside a three-hour training session on Saturdays with his Taekwondo club.
Zach says his biggest achievements are:
- Winning Gold at the Ultimate Open, Midlands Open and North West Open in 2023
- Making the Quarter-finals at European Club Championships 2023 in Bulgaria
- Being awarded Bronze at the National Championships 2021
