Our Chef's Specials servery provides a wide selection of plated hot food and showcases our chefs’ flair with their take on popular food from across the world alongside a selection of Vegan and Gluten free options.

The Canopy hosts two popular outlets, 'The Kiosk' and 'The Shop' where students can purchase a selection of hot and cold snacks including Burritos and Paninis.

The Shop offers an option for those who do not require a full meal or who have lunchtime activities that make it difficult for them to fit in a main meal.

The Kiosk offers hot takeaway choices such as wraps or burritos. These are prepared and cooked fresh daily and are extremely popular.

Our Deli is a grab-and-go servery which provides a selection of filled sandwiches to eat in or take away. All of our sandwiches are freshly made each morning in our kitchen and can be taken with portable versions of the cold desserts available at the main servery such as yoghurt pots, fresh fruit, cookies and flapjacks.

There is also a Jacket Potato bar which provides a range of fillings with salad.

Wherever possible each servery will offer vegetarian alternatives. To finish there are a variety of desserts, fresh fruit, cookies and flapjacks. We also offer chilled water and canned drinks, both carbonated and still.

*Although every effort is made, all menus are subject to change.
