Annual Flu vaccinations: Years 7-11

We will be hosting the annual Flu vaccinations this year for all students in Years 7-11 on Monday the 8th of January.

Please read the message below, the link and the accompanying documentation from the Immunisation Team.

Dear Parent/Carer,

Please follow this link to complete an online consent form to accept or decline your child’s flu vaccination;

The vaccinations will take place at your child’s school. If your child has had the Nasal Flu vaccine since Sept 2023 please disregard this message.
